Field Roast Sheet Pan Pepperoni & Antipasti Pizza

Field Roast Sheet Pan Pepperoni & Antipasti Pizza 

Makes 4 – 6 servings 

Prep time: 20 minutes (plus dough rise time) 

Cooking time: 40 minutes 

1 X prepared sheet pan pizza dough (homemade is best) 

1 ½ cups pizza sauce 

1 X package Creamy Original Chao Cheese, chopped 

1 X package Field Roast Plant-Based Pepperoni 

1 ½ cups your favorite antipasti 

¼ cup minced basil leaves 

Sea salt & freshly cracked black pepper 

Preheat an oven to 500 degrees F. Get that dough & sauce ready to go. 

Grease a large sheet pan. Roll and shape the pizza dough to cover the entire pan, pressing the sides of the dough into the lip of the pan. Spread the sauce over the dough, leaving a 1-inch barrier for your crust, then sprinkle over the chopped Creamy Original Chao Cheese. Evenly spread out the antipasti, then add your Field Roast Plant-Based Pepperoni. Bake for about 15 – 20 minutes, or until cooked through and golden all over. 

Top the cooked pizza with fresh basil, and extra few hits of cracked black pepper, and serve. Delicious!
